I will send a confirmation text the day before. This is a last chance to cancel without payment. If there is no response to the text, then I assume that we are still scheduled. If you respond to the text please do so by 11 pm.

Please give as much notice for cancellations as possible. I ask for 24 hours or prompt response to the confirmation text. Last minute cancellations will be charged 1/2 the original fee. 

It is the student's responsibility to show up for class on time. If a student does not show in the first 5 minutes, I will send a text. After 15 minute, I will consider it a no show and charge 1/2 of the original fee. 

I give 1 month to pay an invoice. It is the paying parties responsibility to make sure the invoice is paid. If an invoice is not paid on time, tutoring is suspended until ALL outstanding invoices are paid. 

I reserve the right to remove students from the program if the above policies are violated. 

I do not use social media or associated sites to protect the student information. I can be reached by phone, text, email, Zoom and Skype. 

Student pets are welcome, as long as after saying hi, they are not a distraction. Students are also allowed food and drinks under the same conditions. This is a fun and relaxing atmosphere to learn in.

I will always be open to suggestions from both parents and students. In order for the tutor/student relationship to work there needs to be trust. If I can not meet your needs I will tell you immediately. I will inform parents immediately of any concerns about their student. I do not answer my phone during sessions, but will return texts and calls.
